Renting is very simple, it is the same as if
you were renting a vehicle or tool from Stephenson's Rent All.
You will need the
following
Valid Credit Card for security
Photo ID (eg Drivers
License)
Signed Contract
50% Deposit to ensure booking
Balance & final # required 2 weeks prior
to event
The person signing the
contract must also be the credit card holder. Credit card is held
for security purposes only. Your card will not be charged except
in the case where items are not returned or damaged. Exactly the
same if you rented from U-Haul, Stephenson's, Home Depot, etc....
The credit card holder is
solely responsible for all charges, 3rd parties such as banquet halls, churches, etc...
cannot be held liable by us for losses.
For full service customers
- Set up will begin and end prior to the events starting time. Pickup will commence when DJ plays final
song or at 1:00am whichever occurs first.
For Do-It-Yourself
customers - Pick up is on the day before the event
and drop off is the next available business date. (Sundays/Holidays not
included) Ie. Wedding on
Saturday - Pick Up Friday - Drop off Monday, Event on Thursday - Pick up
Wednesday - Drop off Friday
We can produce chair
covers, sashes, overlay, table cloth and napkins for Canada and the USA.
Materials can be satin, satin stripe (imperial stripe), organza, chameleon,
crushed chameleon, solid oxford, poly/cotton damask, polyester twill,
Polyester VISA, Polyester damask.
For chair covers, we have many existing styles for our customers to
select. We can produce the chair covers according to your
samples.
Sashes can be produced from organza, polyester satin, chameleon,
crushed chameleon and so on.
For overlay, our materials can be organza, chameleon, crushed
chameleon and so on Materials can be Satin, Satin Stripe (imperial stripe),
Chameleon, Polyester oxford, Poly/cotton damask, Polyester twill,
Polyester VISA, Polyester damask.
